Andrey Sumatokhin

I worked with Andrey for about two years on the same product team, and I can recommend him as a UX designer whose strengths include user research and testing.

Andrey talked to users a lot: he ran interviews and usability tests regularly. He tried not to settle for the team's opinion or his own assumptions, but to check hypotheses with users directly. That surfaced problems and details of user scenarios which were not always obvious when the task was set.

Andrey started his product design career as an intern at beeline and has come a long way, working on the interfaces of complex internal applications.

He was one of the first in our design group to bring an AI assistant into his work. He used the full range of it, from building diagrams to heuristic analysis, and shared his experience with the group, which helped other designers pick up AI quickly.
